BERRIES CRUSH RECIPE – Berries Crush here does not mean that you crush the berries but it is pure the name of this special cold beverage. You can make and enjoy this beverage in the hot day. It is healthy and refreshing. It combines some berries fruits such as fresh blueberry and red currant. But you can add other berries fruits if you want. It all depends on your taste of course. Besides the berries fruits, you also need raspberry syrup, ice cubes, soda water, and sparkling white wine. It does not seem difficult to make this refreshing beverage.   • 100 g fresh blueberry
  • 100 g fresh red currant
  • 60 ml raspberry syrup
  • 200 g ice cubes, smashed
  • 125 ml white soda water
  • 125 ml sparkling white wine


  1. Place the raspberry syrup into the serving glass.
  2. Add the fresh blueberry and fresh red currant into the glass. Add the ice cubes.
  3. Pour the white soda water and sparkling white wine into it.
