FRUIT PIMM’S RECIPE – Do you know what Pimm’s is? Pimm’s is one of popular refreshing beverage comes from England, particularly in Southern England. People usually drink this beverage in a hot day of summer while watching Wimbledon tennis tournament. It is originally made using gin, quinine and a secret mixture of herbs as an aid to digestion, but nowadays people use some other ingredients. Here we will give you a recipe of special Fruit Pimm’s that can be your friend at a very hot day. Enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml sparkling red wine
  • 150 ml lemonade
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml ice water
  • 3 tbsp. mango syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 kiwi fruit, thinly sliced
  • 75 g blueberry
  • 75 g kyuri, thinly sliced
  • 8 strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 20 pieces mint leaves

Steps

  1. Mix the sparkling red wine together with lemonade, orange juice, ice water, mango syrup, and iced cubes. Stir them well until combined.
  2. Place all the fruits and the mint leaves in the pitcher.
  3. Pour the mixed beverage into the pitcher and stir.
  4. Pour the Fruit Pimm’s into the serving glass.
  5. It is now ready to be served.

Note: Make approximately 4 servings.
