MIXED FRUITS JUICE RECIPE – Juice is a healthy beverage that many people like from young to old people, including baby. It has many benefits and vitamins which are very good for our health. As we mentioned earlier, it is very good for baby because it contains minerals that are needed by them. If you have a baby at home, give them mixed fruits juice, you can adjust the fruits too. Don’t forget to add milk, because it is very good too for them. For your note, you should use milk that they can consume. Here is the recipe of Mixed Fruits Juice.


  • 50 g strawberry
  • 1 medium-sized carrot, sliced
  • 100 g melon, diced
  • 100 ml orange water
  • 200 ml liquid milk
  • 200 ml water
  • 30 g sugar


  1. Put all the fresh fruits and other ingredients into the blender. Blend them all at low speed until well combined and smooth. Turn off the blender.
  2. Strain the mixed juice and pour it into the serving glass.
  3. Serve it to your baby immediately.

Note: Make approximately 2 glasses.

Don’t avoid giving milk to baby because milk contains calcium, protein, riboflavin, vitamin A and D, magnesium, and phosphorus. You can use skimmed milk if your baby can’t consume other milk.
