TROPICAL FRUITS SHAKE RECIPE – If you want to know another healthy beverages recipe for your kids, it’s your lucky day then. In this occasion we will give you Tropical Fruits Shake recipe, a healthy beverage for your kids. It uses mixed tropical fruits grown in Tropical countries like Indonesia. So easy to find. You don’t need much time to make it too, so your kids won’t be wait too long when they are thirsty already. All the ingredients and steps to make it can be seen in the following recipe. Enjoy it.


  • 200 g yellow melon
  • 200 g papaya
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 60 ml sweet orange water


  1. Cleanse all the tropical fruits then dice the yellow melon and papaya.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender then blend at low speed until smooth.
  3. Turn off the blender and pour the tropical fruits shake in the serving glass.
  4. Serve it immediately to your kid.

Note: Make approximately 2 glasses.

If your kid gets lactose intolerance or difficulty in absorbing sugar (lactose) within milk, you should give the milk in small portion at first. Increase its portion step by step until your kid can absorb the sugar well.
