ALMOND CAKE RECIPE – In this recipe, we invite you to make almond cake. The ingredients and steps of making the cake are explained below. This cake can be a perfect snack idea and are enjoyed on your family gathering time.


  • 175 gr margarine
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 3 eggs, mixed
  • 100 gr powder almond
  • ½ teaspoons essens almond
  • 100 gr protein flour
  • 1 tablespoon dairy milk
  • 20 gr almond slices (*for topping)
  • Sugar flour (*for topping)


  1. Mix margarine and sugar until they are soft in texture. Add eggs. Stir well.
  2. Add almond and esens almond. Mix well.
  3. Add wheat flour while sieving. Stir well.
  4. Pour the milk. Stir well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the round baking pan with 20 cm diameter, and height 4 cm which covered with margarine and cake paper before.
  6. Spread the almond slices onto the mixture.
  7. Bake in the oven to 180 Celsius degree for 40 minutes.
