APPLE PIE RECIPE – If you have lots of apples stock at home whether you buy it in the market or get it from friend or relatives, you can make your own delicious cake pie made from apple.


  • 250 grams flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 205 grams white butter
  • 120 ml cold water
  • a 9-inch pie pan (you can use a heat-resistant glass baking dish or aluminum pan)

Filling Ingredients

  • 113 grams unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 60 ml water
  • 113 grams white sugar
  • 113 grams brown sugar, pounded
  • 8 medium size apples, cut into small pieces


  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Melt unsalted butter, and add flour to form a paste.
  3. Add water, white sugar, and brown sugar, stir well until boiling. Reduce heat.
  4. Stir the liquid content of the apples that had been cut into pieces.
  5. Take a piece of dough pie crust, then milled using a rolling pin, try to form a circle diameter slightly larger than the pie pan. Place the pie on a baking sheet, and squeeze the edges with fingertips so the crust is bumpy (if the pan is bumpy, the dough is set to follow the pattern of the pan).
  6. Place the apple mixture in pie pan.
  7. Cover the pan using a pie crust dough. Massage pie crust out skirts until the pie top and bottom crust stick well. Create small slices in pie crust cover so that steam can come out when roasting.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes then lower the oven temperature to 175 degrees Celsius and bake for 30-45 minutes more or until the pie crust turns golden brown in color.
