  • 500 grams high protein flour
  • 250 grams pisang ambon, mashed
  • 50 grams smooth sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon emulsifier (ovalet)
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 grams margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • oil for frying
  • 100 grams margarine for smearing
  • 250 grams grated cheddar cheese for topping

Directions

  1. Mix flour, sugar and instant yeast. Mix well. Add banana, eggs, and water. Knead the dough until firm, springy and shiny.
  2. Stir in margarine and salt. Knead until elastic. Leave the dough for 30 minutes.
  3. Press the dough. Weigh 30 grams. Fold it in ball form. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Take the dough. Make a hole in the middle part of the dough. Put the donut dough in the baking pan which has been sprinkled with flour.
  5. Leave it for 20 minutes.
  6. Pre-heat oil.
  7. Deep-fry the dough over low heat until cooked and turns browned in color.
  8. Smear margarine on top of the donuts. Sprinkle grated cheese. Serve.
