BLUEBERRY PANCAKE RECIPE – It is made of a mixture of wheat flour, milk, egg and sugar which is cooked by fried in a griddle with a little vegetable oil. This following pancake variant is made by adding blueberry topping. You can make with another taste/topping such as: chocolate, strawberry, peanut, cheese, etc.


  • ¾ cup of wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup of milk
  • ½ cup of blueberry, cleansed and blended
  • Margarine to be spread in the griddle


  1. Sift flour together with sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Melt the margarine.
  3. Mix the egg, then pour it into the melted margarine, stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture of egg and margarine into the flour mixture, stir until well mixed.
  5. To make the pancake, spread margarine to the griddle first, heat up at a medium heat until air bubble comes up.
  6. Put the pancake mixture in a cup then pour it into the griddle, flatten to all side of the griddle. Add blueberry on the top of it.
  7. Cook at a medium heat until air bubble comes up on the pancake’s surface.
  8. Flip the pancake with a fork or spoon, cook until the other side is slightly golden.
  9. Remove from the griddle and serve it with butter or honey.

Note: If it is difficult to find fresh blueberry, you can also use blueberry jam.
