Ingredients

  • 75 ml liquid milk
  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate pasta
  • 2 gelatinous chocolate powder
  • 30 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 grams wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 grams chocolate chip

Directions

  1. Mix milk, cocoa powder, cocoa paste and stir until dissolved. Set aside.
  2. Combine butter and sugar until creamy. Add spand eggs one by one while keep stirring.
  3. Add flour and baking powder, sifted, alternating with a mixture of chocolate milk.
  4. Prepare the small muffin pan covered with cupcake paper. Pour the mixture for about ¾ of the pan’s height. Sprinkle with chocolate chip on top.
  5. Bake in oven with 180 c temperature for 30 minutes.
