CLASSIC TIRAMISU RECIPE – I believe that you have known tiramisu well. Tiramisu is a popular coffee-flavored Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavored with cocoa. It has been adapted into many varieties of cakes and other desserts. Based on the main ingredients, it is included into cheese cake. Tiramisu is from Veneto, Italy, although there are many disputes about its origin.


  • 500 g ladyfinger
  • 6 eggs yolk
  • 6 eggs white, stiffly whisked
  • 4 tsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp castor sugar
  • 200 g cheese cream
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • Coffee substance (you can adjust its amount)
  • Rum essence (you can adjust its amount)


  1. Mix the eggs yolk together with the sugar until fluffy. Add the mixture of cheese cream and whipped cream which have been mixed softly, stir. Add the rum essence and the eggs white, stir again using spatula until well mixed, set aside.
  2. Prepare ladyfinger and soak in the coffee substance until wet. Arrange in a tray or serving bowl.
  3. Layer the ladyfinger with cream until well layered, spread with the cocoa powder. Do the same thing until the wanted layers arranged. Store the tiramisu in the refrigerator for about 4 hours until solid.
  4. Take the tiramisu out from the refrigerator and serve it.
