Ingredients
Pie crust
- 250 grams cake flour
- 175 grams margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Custard
- 300 cc of fresh milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
Jelly coating
- 1 pack jelly without color
- 150 cc water syrup
- 1 can of mandarin oranges
Directions
- Pie crust: all the ingredients are mixed using a wooden spoon, leave it for about 15 minutes on a pie mold, press with a fork in several parts so that the skin is not bulging when baked in the oven for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees C.
- Custard: cook the milk and sugar. Add egg yolk and a little milk. Then pour the cornstarch that were dissolved with a little milk.
- Cook over low heat until the mixture thickened in texture. Directly pour the custard into the cooked pie crust.
