FUDGE BROWNIES RECIPE – For moist brownies lovers, this kind of brownies can be tried at home. It tastes so smooth and chocolatey because the chocolate for the ingredients is much more than the wheat flour. Savour the following Fudge Brownies recipe.


  • 450 g dark cooking chocolate
  • 300 g plain butter
  • 400 g icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g white cooking chocolate
  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 50 g white cooking chocolate (for garnish)


  1. Chop the dark cooking chocolate roughly.
  2. Chop the white cooking chocolate roughly.
  3. Sift the wheat flour together with salt and baking powder.
  4. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  5. Prepare a baking tray with a size of 24x24x3 cm, spread with margarine, sprinkle with flour.
  6. Steam the dark cooking chocolate and plain butter at a low heat while stirring until melted. Remove from the heat.
  7. Mix the melted chocolate and sugar, stir well. Add vanilla extract, stir again.
  8. Add egg one by one while keep on stirring.
  9. Pour flour while being strained a little by little, give a direct stirred until well mixed.
  10. Add chopped white chocolate, stir well.
  11. Pour the mixture into the baking tray, flatten.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until well cooked. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
  13. Slice it, decorate with garnish. Now it is ready to be served.

Note: if you want neat sliced brownies, first keep the brownies in the refrigerator until somewhat solid then slice it.
