ROLL PANCAKE RECIPE – Nowadays, it is not only the filling and crust pancake which can be varied, but the way to fold it is also can be varied in order to make it more interesting and pretty. Technique to fold the crust pancake by rolling it is one of its variants. And now we will give you a recipe of how to make roll pancake. So, do not miss the following recipe of Roll Pancake.

Crust Ingredients

  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 200 ml liquid milk
  • 1 egg, freely mixed

Filling Ingredients

  • 300 g durian flesh
  • 100 g whipped cream

Steps

  1. Mix the wheat flour together with salt, sugar, vegetable oil and egg, mix using a whisk while being poured with liquid milk little by little until the mixture is well combined.
  2. Heat up a griddle with 10 cm diameter, pour ½ ladle of the mixture into the griddle. Bake until half cooked, flip and bake until well cooked. Remove from the heat. Do the same thing until all the pancake mixture is used up.
  3. Take 1 piece of the crust pancake, fill with the whipped cream and durian flesh. Roll it gently and give a little press until solid, pin its center using plastic fork or palm rib leaf. Do the same thing to the other pancake until all are used up.
  4. Store the roll pancake in the freezer for about 1 hour until solid, serve it while it is cold.

Note: Make approximately 10-12 pancakes.
