STRAWBERRY MILLE CREPES RECIPE – Crepes made of piled of crepes pieces with many variant will be a great choice to be your bakery business or your breakfast menu. One of its variant is Strawberry Mille Crepes made of wheat flour with low gluten which will make your crepes better. Interested to try it? Look at the following recipe.


  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 28 g sugar
  • 35 g margarine, melted
  • 250 ml liquid milk
  • Vanilla essence
  • Strawberry paste

Filling Ingredients

  • 250 ml liquid whipping cream, mixed until fluffy
  • 100 g fresh strawberry, sliced


  1. Crepes Mixture: Mix the egg and sugar until fluffy. Pour the wheat flour, vanilla essence, and melted margarine, stir slowly until well combined. Pour the liquid milk a little by little while being mixed using hand mixer at low speed until combined. Add the strawberry paste and stir well.
  2. Heat up the griddle at low heat, spread it with margarine. Pour a ladle of crepes mixture, flatten it into all the griddle surface until thin. Bake until well cooked then remove from the heat. Repeat with the remaining mixture until all the mixture is used up.
  3. Take a piece of crepes, spread it with whipping cream. Sprinkle with the sliced strawberry and cover with another pieces of crepes. Repeat the same thing until 20 layers.
  4. Store the crepes in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, take it out of the refrigerator and decorate it with whipping cream. Strawberry Mille Crepes is ready to serve.
