Once you get the call, you may feel a bit of weird because your usual coffee menu taste at home isn’t available there. You can only see some jars with unique coffee names – such as Sunda Geisha, Aie Dingin, Nagari Lasi, Ratamba, Sunda Jahe and more. You also won’t see the jar of sugar, because the coffee here does not use sugar or milk as a sweetener. Then is the taste definitely bitter? Nope! The processing of coffee roasting is still very manual. The only machine used is a grinder. So the flavors will be very natural like bitter, sour, sweet and sour. Yet more on the dominance of natural coffee flavor which is a little bit sweet.
