  • 210 grams dark chocolate
  • 3 egg
  • 45 gramsgranulated sugar
  • Whipped cream to taste
  • 130 ml warm water


  1. Firstly, chop dark chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Put the chocolate in a dish. And then, pour warm water.
  3. Prepare a pot of water, cook until boiling over a small heat.
  4. After that, warm the dish containing chocolate on the pot until chocolate melted.
  5. Using a mixer, mix melted chocolate until it looks glossy. Allow the chocolate to be rather cold.
  6. Pour egg yolks into the chocolate. Combine. Set aside.
  7. Using a mixer, combine egg whites until stiff and fluffy.
  8. Add granulated sugar. Stir again until blended.
  9. Pour egg whites mixture into chocolate batter. Stir until well blended.
  10. Pour chocolate mousse into 6 cups/And then, put in the freezer for 2 -3 hours.
  11. Add whipped cream on the top.

If you want to make some lovely adaptations to the original recipe, you can cut up and add some fresh fruits, like strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, or raspberries and then fill them into the chocolate cup. Finally, finish it off with whip cream. You can also give garnish on top.
