MANGO PUDDING CAKE RECIPE – Mango is one of my favorite fruit. When I was in Senior High School, I used to make use some mangoes left in my grandma’s refrigerator to cook mango pudding cake. I just love the combination of the two different layers—pudding on top and cake at the bottom. It’s so moist, sweet, and refreshing. My little nephew and niece are heads over heels in love with mangoes puddings too! In my spare time, I’d love to make the pudding cake for the. That’s why I want to share the recipe for you too– it is as good as some of those you get at restaurants. So practical and ready in no time. Enjoy!
