CARAMEL CREAM RECIPE – Vanilla pudding with caramel is very delicious to taste. It will be Caramel Cream which is sweet and delicious dessert. You can make it at your home because it is not difficult to make. If you want to make this delicious recipe by your own, you can follow the steps below. Enjoy it.

Vanilla Pudding Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 500 ml fresh milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Chocolate Pudding Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (melted with 2 tbsp hot water)
  • 500 ml fresh milk
  • 1 tsp chocolate paste
  • ¼ tsp salt

Caramel Ingredients

  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 6 tbsp water

Tools

  • Prepare 2 oval trays and a steamer pan

Steps

  1. Make the caramel, heat up the sugar at the low heat then add the lime juice and water. Cook until the sugar becomes slightly brown and melted, pour it into 2 trays, set aside.
  2. Make 2 mixture in different bowls. Mix together eggs and sugar, stir well (do not mix too long because it will make the eggs foamy). Add fresh milk, vanilla, and salt then stir until dissolved. Strain the mixture.
  3. Do the same thing with the chocolate mixture, stir until the chocolate well-melted, strain.
  4. Heat up the steamer pan, add 2 spoonfuls of vanilla mixture (100 ml) into each tray, steam for about 5-10 minutes until its surface becomes solid.
  5. Add 2 spoonsful of chocolate mixture (100 ml) into each tray by pouring it from the edge of tray gently in order not to make the mixture mixed. Steam for about 5-10 minutes until the surface becomes solid.
  6. Add again 2 spoonfuls of the vanilla mixture into each tray, keep on doing it until all the mixture finished.
  7. Then, steam the mixture for about 15 minutes until cooked.

Note: In the steaming process of each layer, don’t let all the layers solid because it will make the layer separated when you cut it. Use low heat when you cook the caramel and don’t let it burnt because it will taste bitter, add 2 tbsp water if the caramel is too thick.
