CINNAMON HONEY PUDDING RECIPE – So many delicious and healthy dessert can be made to accompany your meal time. We believe that most of you love to make the dessert by yourself to guarantee its ingredients and hygiene. And many of you like to eat pudding as your dessert because it is easy to make. We have provided you with a lot of pudding recipes but we believe you want to make new variant of pudding recipe which you can get this time called Cinnamon Honey Pudding recipe. This pudding is a bit different in its ingredients and its processing time because it uses wheat flour and baking powder mixed with the other ingredients before steamed. You can make this pudding by looking at the following recipe.

Pudding Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 75 g powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp. honey for spread

Cinnamon Sauce Ingredients

  • 100 cc water
  • 5 cm cinnamon
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 3 tbsp. honey

Steps

  1. Cinnamon Sauce: Pour all the ingredients in a pan then cook it at low heat until coagulated and well combined. Remove from the heat and set it aside.
  2. Mix the butter together with the powdered sugar until soft and fluffy. Add the egg one by one while keep being mixed.
  3. Mix the wheat flour and the baking powder then pour into the butter mixture while being sifted and stirred. Then, add the vanilla essence.
  4. Prepare a bowl with 6 or 8 cm of diameter, and spread with the honey. Pour the pudding mixture into the bowl until full then cover it with aluminum foil and steam the pudding for about an hour until it is fully cooked and congealed.
  5. Remove from the heat and let it cool. Store the pudding in the refrigerator until its serving time.
  6. Serve it together with the cinnamon sauce.
