Ingredients

  • 1 pack white gelatin powder
  • 900 cc thick coconut milk
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 pieces pandan leaf
  • 300 cc green fermented sticky rice
  • Green food dye
  • 2 kopyor coconut, dredged its flesh
  • 2 eggs yolk, freely mixed

Steps

  1. Prepare a pan then cook the thick coconut together with the white gelatin powder, sugar, and pandan leaf until boiled. Add the green fermented sticky rice, stir again until boiled, then add green food dye sufficiently and stir well.
  2. Prepare the egg yolk in a bowl, add the pudding mixture, and then stir. Put the mixed egg and pudding mixture into the pan again. Don’t forget to keep stirring, add the kopyor coconut, remove from the heat and throw away the pandan leaf.
  3. Prepare plastic pudding mold, pour the pudding into the mold, and cool it.
