FERMENTED STICKY RICE PUDDING RECIPE – Fermented sticky rice can be made as many delicious foods and beverages. Crystal Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 pack of white gelatin powder
  • 600 ml water
  • 150 g fermented sticky rice

Fermented Sticky Rice Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 pack of white gelatin powder
  • 500 ml liquid coconut milk
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 150 g fermented sticky rice, blended
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Fermented Sticky Rice Crystal Pudding: Put the gelatin powder and water in a pan. Cook them at medium heat until well boiled. Remove from the heat and lower the heat. Then add the fermented sticky rice and stir until combined. Pour the fermented sticky rice crystal pudding in the serving glass and let it cool.
  2. Fermented Sticky Rice Pudding: Put the gelatin powder and coconut milk in a pan. Cook them at medium heat until boiled. Lower the heat and add the salt, blended fermented sticky rice, and vanilla extract into it then stir until well combined. Pour the pudding on the top of the crystal pudding and let it cool.
  3. Decorate the pudding using fermented sticky rice bola-bola, sliced strawberry, and sliced pandan leaf then serve it immediately.
