FOAM PUMPKIN PUDDING RECIPE – If before we have provided you with Pumpkin Pudding recipe, now we are providing you with another delicacy that you can taste from pumpkin.   • 350 g pumpkin, steamed and mashed when it is still hot
  • 200 ml liquid milk
  • 1200 ml water
  • 2 packs Orange gelatin powder
  • 250 g sugar/ or you can adjust its sweetness as you like
  • 1 sachet vanilla extract
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs white, stiffly whisked


  1. Finely blend the pumpkin together with 200 ml liquid milk, then mix with 1200 ml water, gelatin powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir well until everything is dissolved and not lump.
  2. Cook the mixture of gelatin until cooked and boiled, do not forget to keep stirring in order not to make the mixture lump. If it has been boiled, turn off the heat.
  3. Mix the egg white until stiff, then put the hot gelatin mixture little by little into the white egg substance while you keep mixing at a high speed. Keep mixing until the gelatin mixture become one with the white egg substance. Mix until the mixture warm in order not to make the pudding descend and separated from its white egg foam.
  4. Pour the pudding into a tray/mold which has been cleaned and cooled before. You can cut the pudding if it has been cool and solid. It can be served now.
