HEALTHY PUDDING RECIPE – Healthy pudding is one of the best dessert. Beside it is healthy, it is also delicious and sweet. It also helps us smoothen our digestive process and of course we like its benefit. We can make healthy pudding by adding some vegetables and fruits, and in this recipe we will use broccoli and carrot. They are very good for our health because they contains many vitamins which are beneficial for us. If you want to change the vegetables, you can surely do it guys. So, happy trying to make this pudding at home.


  • 1 pack of white gelatin powder
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 100 g sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 800 ml plain soymilk
  • 150 g peeled carrot, steamed and mashed
  • 150 g broccoli, steamed and mashed


  1. Put the gelatin powder, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and soymilk in a pan. Cook at low heat until boiled and remove from the heat.
  2. Divide the mixture into 3 parts and put them in different bowl. Mix the first part with the mashed carrot, then mix the second part with mashed broccoli, and let the third part be white. Dry each of them above a very low heat in order not to make them solid soon.
  3. Pour the carrot pudding mixture into the mini pudding mold and set it aside. Pour the white pudding mixture into the mold, on the top of the carrot pudding gently. Set it aside until solid. Then pour the broccoli pudding mixture on the top of the white pudding until almost full and let it solid.
  4. Store in the refrigerator and take it out when it is ready to serve.

Note: Make approximately 8 puddings.
