LAYERED GRAPE PUDDING RECIPE – Layered pudding is a common pudding to make and taste nowadays. We usually add fruits to make it much more interesting. With the additional ingredients of fruits, it also becomes much healthier. Making it by ourselves also guarantee that the pudding doesn’t use any preservatives that are very dangerous for our health. Ingredients I

  • 1 pack of white gelatin powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 700 ml liquid milk
  • 2 tbsp. red syrup
  • 200 g red grape without seeds (choose the one having smooth peel)
  • 3 tsp. salt

Ingredients II

  • 1 pack of white gelatin powder
  • 500 g pineapple
  • 200 ml water
  • 150 g sugar
  • Salt


  1. First Pudding: Put the gelatin powder, sugar, salt, liquid milk, and syrup in a pan. Cook until the gelatin powder melted. Remove from the heat. Place the sliced grape in the pudding mold. Pour a bit of the pudding mixture into the mold and let it be solid. Then pour the rest of the pudding mixture and let it be solid.
  2. Second Pudding: Place the pineapple into the juicer. Take its essence. Put the gelatin powder, sugar, salt, pineapple essence, and water in the pan. Make sure that the amount of the water and pineapple essence is 700 ml. Cook them until the gelatin powder melted. Remove from the heat. Pour the pudding mixture on the top of the first pudding. Let it be solid.
  3. Store the pudding in the refrigerator and take it out when it is ready to serve.

Note: Make approximately 16 puddings.
