MANGO PANNA COTTA RECIPE – Have you ever tasted Mango Panna Cotta? If you have not ever tasted it then it is your lucky time because we have its special recipe in this occasion. The combination of mango syrup, chopped mango, liquid milk, vanilla powder, thick cream, shake cream, and gelatin powder will be the good choice for this delicious panna cotta. Pudding Ingredients

  • 700 ml liquid milk
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 stalk of vanilla, take its seeds powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp. gelatin powder
  • 3 tbsp. hot water
  • 300 ml thick cream

Topping Ingredients

  • 200 ml mango syrup
  • 100 g shake cream
  • 2 ripe mangoes, chopped


  1. Mix the liquid milk together with the sugar, vanilla, and salt. Cook them all at a low heat until all the ingredients melted.
  2. Mix the gelatin powder with the hot water, stir gently until the gelatin melted and the liquid is clear.
  3. Pour the liquid gelatin into the liquid milk mixture. Stir well.
  4. Add the thick cream, stir again then remove from the heat.
  5. Pour the pudding into small glasses, freeze in the refrigerator.
  6. Pour 1 ½ tablespoon of the mango syrup onto the panna cotta. Add the shake cream and chopped mango onto the panna cotta.
  7. Mango Panna Cotta is now ready to be served. Serve it while it has just taken out of the refrigerator.
