NUT ZEBRA PUDDING RECIPE – It is one of pudding variants. With an additional ingredient (nut), zebra pudding is delicious to eat. With splash of sauce on its serving, it makes nut zebra pudding more tantalizing to taste. The ingredients and the way to make can be seen in this following recipe, enjoy it.

  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 4 eggs yolk
  • 800-1000 ml liquid milk
  • 3 packs gelatin powder
  • 100 g sugar

Sauce Ingredients

  • 400 ml liquid milk
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp cornstarch
  • 100 g roughly chopped DCC


  1. Cook liquid milk, gelatin, and sugar while keep stirring until boiled.
  2. Take a small piece mixture and add into the eggs yolk, stir well. Turn off the heat, pour into the gelatin mixture again while keep stirring until boiled. Add the peanut butter, cook until dissolved. Set aside.
  3. Mix eggs white until fluffy, then add sugar a little by little while keep mixing until fluffy.
  4. Pour the mixture of gelatin while keep mixing at a low speed.
  5. Divide the mixture into 2 parts, one of them is added with brown pasta, stir well.
  6. Pour the mixture alternately in a tray with 20 cm diameter and height 7 cm, right in one point in order to make the result become zebra.

Steps of Making Sauce

  1. Cook the sauce ingredients except DCC and egg yolk while keep stirring until bubbling.
  2. Add the DCC, stir until dissolved, take a part of the mixture, put into the egg yolk, turn off the heat. Then, pour the mixture again into the sauce mixture, turn on the heat, cook until bubbling.
  3. Remove from the heat, put into a pudding mold, let it cool. Now it is ready to be served.
