  • 200 ml liquid milk
  • 1200 ml water
  • 2 packs green gelatin powder
  • 1 tbsp pandan essence
  • 250 g sugar (you can adjust its sweetness as you like)
  • 1 sachet vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs white, stiffly whisked


  1. Mix the liquid milk together with water, gelatin powder, pandan essence, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all the ingredients dissolved and not lump.
  2. Cook the mixture until well cooked and boiled, do not forget to keep stirring in order not to make it lump. If it has boiled, turn off the heat.
  3. Mix the egg white until stiff, then put the hot gelatin mixture a little by little into it while you keep mixing at a high speed.
  4. Keep mixing until the gelatin mixture become one with the white egg substance. Mix until the mixture warm in order not to make the pudding descend and split from its white egg foam.
  5. Pour the mixture into jelly mold which has been soaked with water. Let it cool. Cut if it has been solid. It can be served now.
