POME CARAMEL PUDDING RECIPE – There are many pudding that can be made from caramel. Earlier we have provided you with Caramel Cream Recipe, Soybean Curd Caramel Recipe, and Sweet Caramel Apple Recipe. This time, we are going to give you Pome Caramel Pudding Recipe that is a combination of pome pudding and caramel pudding. Caramel Pudding Ingredients

  • 75 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly mixed
  • 1 pack of white gelatin powder
  • 50 g sugar
  • 500 ml water

Pome Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 pack of pomegranate gelatin powder
  • 650 ml plain liquid milk
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk, freely mixed
  • 1 drop of red food dye


  1. Caramel: Sauté the sugar until slightly burnt then add water. Stir until all the sugar melted, remove from the heat, strain and set aside.
  2. Caramel Pudding: Cook the white gelatin powder together with the caramel sugar, sugar, and water until boiled. Remove from the heat and let the steam gone. Mix the mixture with the mixed egg white then stir well. Pour the caramel pudding into a serving glass and let it cool.
  3. Pome Pudding: Cook the pomegranate gelatin powder together with the plain liquid milk and sugar until well boiled. Take a small piece of the mixture then mix it with the egg yolk and stir well. Put it back to the pudding mixture then add the red food dye, do quickly stir and cook it for a while until boiled. Remove from the heat.
  4. Pour the pome pudding on the top of the caramel pudding, let it cool. Decorate Pome Caramel Pudding with pomegranate.
