SWEET CONE PUDDING RECIPE – Have you ever heard about pudding in a cone? If you haven’t then it is your lucky time because we have a special recipe of Sweet Cone Pudding. It is a unique way to serve pudding in cone. It sounds like ice cream right? But of course it has different sensation. Do you want to try it? Here is the ingredients and the way to make Sweet Cone Pudding Recipe. Enjoy it.


  • 10 ice cream cones
  • 3 eggs white
  • ¼ tsp. cream of tar-tar
  • 3 packs of white gelatin powder
  • 500 ml liquid milk
  • 1000 ml water
  • 300 g sugar
  • ½ tsp. lemon paste
  • 1 drop of light yellow food dye
  • ½ tsp. strawberry paste
  • ½ tsp. lychee paste
  • 1 drop of light blue food dye


  1. Mix the liquid milk together with the water and divide into 3 parts. Cook 1 pack of white gelatin powder together with 1 part of the milk mixture and 100 g sugar until boiled. Remove from the heat and let the steam disappear.
  2. Mix 1 egg white together with a little cream of tar-tar until fluffy and stiff.
  3. Pour the gelatin mixture into the egg white while being stirred.
  4. Add the lemon paste and the light yellow food dye then stir.
  5. Pour the pudding into a square tray with 24x24x5 cm in size, cool it.
  6. Do the same thing for the strawberry pudding and the lychee pudding.
  7. Store in the refrigerator until solid.
  8. Scope the layered foam pudding, then set aside. Cut the rest of the pudding and put it into a cone.
  9. Put the scoped pudding onto it.
  10. Serve it while it is cold with the additional of chocolate sauce, chocolate sprinkle, and chopped peanut.

Note: Make approximately 10 puddings.
