YOGURT PUDDING WITH RAMBUTAN RECIPE – Who doesn’t like yogurt? Many people like it because it is very good for our health. What if the healthy yogurt is made as a delicious pudding? It will be more tantalizing and healthier right? And what if we add sliced rambutan which is one of tropical fruits from Indonesia to be one of the ingredients of the pudding? Hmmm, yummy. Here, we’ll give you this special recipe of Yogurt Pudding with Rambutan. Enjoy it at home.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml mixed berry yogurt
  • 100 g rambutan flesh, sliced
  • 7 strawberries, diced
  • 1 pack white gelatin powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 400 ml liquid milk

Steps

  1. Put the white gelatin powder, sugar, and liquid milk into a pan. Cook at a low heat while keep being stirred until boiled. Remove from the heat and let the steam disappear.
  2. Add the mixed berry yogurt, sliced rambutan flesh, and diced strawberry then stir gently.
  3. Pour the pudding into as serving glass, let it stand to be cool. Store in the freezer until solid.
  4. Yogurt Pudding with Rambutan is now ready to be tasted while it is cold.
