YOUNG COCONUT MANGO PUDDING RECIPE – Who doesn’t like Arumanis mango? It is sweet mango comes from Probolinggo, East Java. This mango contains much nutrition such as vitamin A and C, zinc, phosphorus calcium, sodium, potassium, and magnesium. So much good nutrition right? Meanwhile, there are also many benefits that you can get from young coconut. It contains many vitamins that are very good for your health. Both mango and young coconut are beneficial. You can combine them into something delicious like Young Coconut Mango Pudding. You can see its ingredients and steps in the following recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Arumanis mangoes, peeled and blended
  • 1 piece young coconut, taken its flesh
  • 2 packs white gelatin powder
  • 1000 cc water
  • 100 cc young coconut water
  • 250 g brown sugar, cooked together with 200 cc water until melted, strained
  • ½ tsp. vanilla powder
  • ½ tsp. salt

Steps

  1. Cook white gelatin powder together with water and young coconut water while being stirred until well boiled.
  2. Add the Arumanis mango, brown sugar water, vanilla powder, and salt. Stir then remove from the heat.
  3. Prepare the pudding mold and wet it using warm water.
  4. Put the young coconut flesh in the mold base then poured with the pudding mixture.
  5. Let it cool then store in the refrigerator.
  6. Take the pudding out of the refrigerator and cut the pudding according to your taste.
  7. Young Coconut Mango Pudding is now can be served.
