BREAD SALAD RECIPE – There are some health reasons to reach for salad every day, one of the reasons is for the health benefits of fruits and vegetables. Bread salad can be your perfect choice to have delicious simple healthy dish for your day.


  • 100 gr melon and pineapple, diced
  • 4 hamburger bread
  • 100 gr strawberries, sliced
  • 100 gr grapefruit

Salad sauce (Mixed well)

  • 100 gr mayonnaises
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice


  1. Cut the bread into two slices, scoop out the middle part of the bread slices. Set aside.
  2. Mix well strawberries, grapefruit, melon, and pineapples with the salad sauce.
  3. Put the salad in the refrigerator.
  4. When consumed, take some spoons of salad and put it onto the bread’s hole. Bread salad is ready to be served.
