SOBA AND CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE – Soba and chicken salad can be your healthy optional breakfast idea. Wannna make your own salad? Check the recipe below.

Ingredients

  • 200 gr chocolate wet soba noodle
  • 4 iceberg lettuce
  • 75 gr carrots, shave the carrot into long slices
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil, for topping
  • 200 gr chicken breast fillets
  • ½ tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sweet soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • 2 tablespoon frying oil

Dressing

  • 6 tablespoons vegetables oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fish soya sauce
  • 3 teaspoons palm sugar
  • 2 ½ tablespoons lime juice

Directions

  1. Smear the chicken breast fillets with lime juice.
  2. Add sweet soya sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, chili powder, and Chinese five-spice powder. Leave it for two hours so the breast fillets are well-seasoned.
  3. After two hours, fry the breast chicken fillets until it turns golden in color. Remove, set aside, then chop the fillets into long thin slices.
  4. Boil water, later, put the soba noodle into the boiled water and cook it until the noodle cooked.
  5. For dressing: mix well all dressing ingredients.
  6. Mix soba noodle, chicken breasts, lettuce, and carrots.
  7. Add the dressing ingredients, then stir well.
  8. Use sesame oil as the topping of soba salad.
