FRESH FRUITS SALAD RECIPE – Did you know that eating fresh fruit salads regularly, as part of a diet, can help to improve your health and help to lower the risk of chronic diseases? Fruit salad also can be an excellent daily choice as a delicious meal that you can eat whenever you want. You can use it as simple healthy snack between big meals or last meal of the day.


  • 500 gr papaya, diced
  • 500 gr pineapple, diced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 200 gr red grapes, sliced
  • 6 strawberries, sliced into two

Sauce (Mixed well)

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt


  1. Wash thoroughly the fruits. After that, slice the fruits and then keep all fruits in the refrigerator.
  2. When consumed, mix well all the fruit with the sauce.
