MIX SALAD RECIPE – Mix salad can be a healthy dish for your day, considering the fact that consuming fruits and vegetables have been associated with a reduced risk of many lifestyle-related health problems. Let’s make your own mix salad.


  • ½ lettuces, washed, set aside, sliced
  • 100 gr iceberg lettuces, washed, set aside, sliced
  • 50 gr lamb’s lettuce, washed, set aside, sliced
  • 1 radicchio, washed, set aside, sliced
  • 3 radishes, cut into thin slices
  • 50 gr cresses
  • 100 gr cucumber, cut into thin slices
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into 8 slices
  • 50 gr champignon, cut into thin slices
  • 3 weevil chives, cut into 4 slices
  • 2 celery, cut into thin slices
  • 2 tablespoons caper


  • 3-4 tablespoons vinegar or lime juices
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • Pepper powder
  • 6 tablespoons salad oil


  1. In a bowl, mix all salad ingredients.
  2. Pour the dressing ingredients into the bowl. Mix well.


  • You can also add tuna fish, salad prawn, boiled eggs, or boiled chicken based on your preference.
