TOMATO VEGETABLE SALAD RECIPE – Tomatoes contain so many vitamins for the body, besides it can be made into a fresh juice drink, you can make it into another serving. The menu is salad tomato vegetable. With three different types of lettuce and meat slices this menu will captivate your attention.


  • 4 pieces green leaf lettuce
  • 5 big red tomatoes
  • 4 pieces red leaf lettuce
  • 1 piece zucchini
  • 4 pieces bowl lettuce
  • 300 ml water to boil
  • 4 sliced cooked meat
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 sliced cheese
  • 2 stalks spring onion
  • 150 grams grated cheddar cheese


  • 3 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 10 grams parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder


  1. Wash thoroughly green, red, and bowl leaf lettuce. Drain and then slice, set aside. Cut the tomatoes into two parts, deseeded, and diced, set aside. Cut zucchini lengthwise into two parts, slice, set aside. Slice the meat and cheese, diced small, set aside. Slice scallion, set aside and leave the white part.
  2. Sauce: squeeze the oranges, and then chop parsley and set aside. Peel and mash garlic. Then add all the sauce ingredients into the shaker. Then shake until the seasonings and ingredients well blended. Pour into a bowl and store in refrigerator.
  3. Boil water over high heat and then boil eggs. Drain. Once cool, peel the eggs and chop coarsely. Set aside. Add into a large bowl: lettuce, tomato slices, zucchini, egg, meat, cheese slices, chunks and scallions. Keep stirring until blended.
  4. Pour the sauce while keep stirring until all ingredients and seasoning well blended. Then cover the bowl with plastic wrapping. Then store in the refrigerator until serving time. Pour salad into bowls, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Serve immediately.
