Main Ingredients

  • 150 grams cucumber, seeded, and cut into pieces
  • 100 grams pineapples, cut into pieces
  • 100 grams of sweet corn, shucked
  • 7 pieces of curly lettuce, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, cut

Salad Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 150 grams of vegan mayonnaise


  1. To make salad sauce: mix the mayonnaise along with tomato sauce and onions, stir until blended.
