Ingredients

  • 1 packet gelatin powder
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 700 ml water
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 ml egg white
  • 75 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 grams tofu, sliced and pureed in a food processor
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Sauce ingredients

  • 200 ml thick coconut milk
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 2 pieces pandan leaves
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Bring water and gelatin powder to a boil.
  2. Combine egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk and then add some simmering gelatin. Mix well.
  3. Put the mixture of eggs, milk, and gelatin into a pot while adding tofu. Bring to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, pour pudding into a cup/dish and let cool. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  5. For the sauce: simmer all the ingredients until boil and then serve with cold pudding.
