BAKED LASAGNA RECIPE – Typical food of Italy, namely Baked Lasagna has already traveled into many countries. Crust ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 grams steamed potatoes
  • 400 ml fresh milk
  • 150 grams flour proteins

Sauce ingredients

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 250 grams tomato sauce
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 onion
  • 200 grams minced chicken
  • 600 ml water
  • 400 grams grated tomatoes
  • 200 grams carrots
  • 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder

Cheese sauce ingredients

  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 50 grams grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 500 ml fresh milk
  • 4 tbsp wheat flour proteins
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Crust: steam potatoes and then mash. Combine wheat flour, fresh milk and the rest of other ingredients. Mix well and set aside
  2. Tomato sauce: dice carrot. Stir-fried garlic and onion. Add minced chicken and mix evenly. If the meat has changed in color, add carrots, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper powder, salt and sugar.
  3. Pour water and then cook until thickens, prepare heat-resistant dish which has been smeared with margarine on it.
  4. Put lasagna sheets on the baking dish and flush with tomato sauce. Repeat this step three times.
  5. Cheese sauce: melt margarine, then add flour and stir until combined. Add fresh milk slowly while stirring until slick. Add grated cheddar cheese, pepper powder and salt. Cook until thickened.
  6. Pour on tomato sauce. Put in the baking pan which given a little water. Bake in the oven with a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius less than 35 minutes.

Some notes for you when making dough, don’t make the crust too thick.
