The recipes was combined with guacamole. They love the taste very much, so I tried to embrace the menu with last  guacamole as side-dishes (guacamole is excluded, calories percentage below are for shrimp skewers only). It’s effortless, and the BBQ sauce would be enough for several portion.

However, it’s been rewrite, pinched, and altered by many hands-many times for the past years. From this, we can no longer even measure the method and additives before they going well in the BBQ table. We made this for our family recently and now they’re in love with it as well. Its an honor for a great main dish with big flavor.

BBQ Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb jumbo raw shrimp, shelled and defined (weight after peeled)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • kosher salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 8 long wooden skewers

Directions

  1. Soak the skewers in water at least 20 minutes to prevent them from burning.
  2. Combine the shrimp with crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper. You can let this marinate for a while, or even overnight.

3. Heat a clean, lightly oiled grill to medium heat, when the grill is hot add the shrimp, careful not to burn the skewers.

4. Grill on both sides for about 6 – 8 minutes total cooking time or until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through.

5. Brush the sauce on during the last minute of cooking and eat right away.
