  • 200 grams chicken fillet
  • 50 grams sweet corn
  • 100 grams coarse bread crumbs
  • 50 grams carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 50 grams wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 500 ml cooking oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon flavor enhancer
  • Thai chili sauce to taste


  1. Place the chicken on top of the cutting board, make the meat thin using meat beater. Smear with salt, flavor enhancer, and pepper, and leave it for 5 minutes.
  2. Roll chicken into the flour, then dip in beaten eggs and roll them for another time into the bread crumbs.
  3. Prepare the skillet, fry chicken until its color turns brown yellow in color, lift.
  4. Stir-fried corn and carrots until somewhat wilted, lift.
  5. Serve chicken and stir-fried corn into a serving dish.
