  • 350 grams macaroni pasta
  • 1 medium-size onion, cut into small slices
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cans of corned beef
  • 2 sausages, cut into small slices
  • 200 grams cheddar cheese
  • 250 grams cheese cream
  • 200 ml evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • salt to taste

  1. Cook macaroni pasta until al dente (be firm to the bite or slightly under-cooked) . Lift and drain.
  2. Stir-fried onion until fragrant on non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. After five minutes, add garlic and give another stir until the aroma fills the room— approximately one minute.
  3. After that, stir in corned beef, stir-fried until fragrant— approximately three minutes. Then add sausage and gently stirring for approximately one minute. Lift and drain.
  4. In the baking dish that’s been smeared with margarine, pour a half of the pasta and lightly coat the top with beef. Be sure the beef covers all the pasta. Make sure you also leave a distance of 0.5 cm between the meat and the end of the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and cheese cream over meat.
  6. Prepare a bowl, pour milk, eggs, and salt into it. Stir, and then add to the baking dish slowly.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the baking dish.
  8. Approximately preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius, then bake for 40-45 minutes.
