FRIED SQUID RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 500 grams squid
  • 5 dried chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • pepper powder to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 6 boiled peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • liquid sago to taste
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 6 carrots, boiled for 1/2-minute

Directions

  1. Clean and wash squid thoroughly, remove the ink. Slice to make the body widens. Cut into 3 cm in size, make diagonal incisions on the side of the squid, and then boil for 1 minute. Lift and drain.
  2. Soak chilies in warm water for 5 minutes, then cut into pieces.
  3. Heat oil, stir-fried garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add seasonings, squids and all ingredients. Mix  Pour sago liquid. Cook until thickened. Lift.
