LASAGNA RECIPE – Pasta lovers are indeed familiar with this comfy soft-textured foods. Yep! Lasagna … From now on, let’s try to make it yourself at home. You only need to prepare 6 to 8 lasagna sheets which had to be steamed briefly and 75 gr grated mozzarella cheese. My whole family and neighbors loved this recipe. Try it tonight!

Sauce ingredients

  • 1/4 kg minced meat/beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in small
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • beef broth powder to taste
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp flour
  • salt, pepper, and oregano to taste
  • cooking oil, use for sauteing
  • 150 ml pure milk or cream
  • button mushrooms to taste, rough chopped (can be substituted according to taste)

  1. Prepare a non-stick frying pan. Add a little cooking oil, and then stir-fried minced meat with onion and garlic until it changes in color, and don’t forget to add salt and pepper.
  2. After that, stir in tomatoes and pour a little of water. (To make stir-fry not dry and tomatoes not wilted)
  3. You  also should soon add fresh milk or cream, then stir until boil. Then, add flour. If it looks too thick you may add a little water.
  4. Add broth powder, oregano, and if you like spicy taste, you can add chili powder.
  5. After that, stir in half of the grated cheese and then give a stir until the sauce is a bit cooked.
  6. Add mushrooms and also wait for about 2 minutes before lifting.
  7. Then, you have to set up aluminium foil in baking pan which the very bottom part is smeared with a little mushroom sauce that you made earlier.
  8. Next, place 1 sheet of lasagna on it and then pour mushroom sauce on top. Repeat this step until you have layers of pasta. A tips, don’t put the lasagna sheets too tightly.
  9. Add remaining grated cheese on top.
  10. Finally, steam for approximately 20 minutes on medium heat. Remove foil. Allow to stand at least 10 – 15 minutes before serving. Best served warm.
