NOODLES SCHOTEL RECIPE – you can present a menu with the main ingredient of instant noodle soup. One of them is “skotel noodles”. With beef minced, whisk egg, and mushroom, noodles schotel that you make will be more delicious. How to make noodles schotel is presented in the following recipe.



  • 1 pack of instant noodle soup (any flavor)
  • 3 tablespoons beef, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 5 pieces of mushrooms, cut into pieces
  • ¼ cups thick coconut milk (1/2 eggs)
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil


  1. Boil water. Boil noodles with the seasoning, set aside (until the gravy dries up)
  2. Beat eggs lightly.
  3. Stir in eggs, chicken, mushrooms, and pepper to cooked noodles.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Pour coconut milk.
  6. Cover a heat resistant bowl with margarine.
  7. Put the dough into the bowl.
  8. Smear top of dough with margarine.
  9. Pour sesame oil.
  10. Steam for 25 minutes.
  11. Lift. Best served warm.


If you love spicy food, adding a sprinkle of cayenne pepper slices on top is suggested.
