RED BEAN SOUP RECIPE – I can remember well eating red bean in the restaurant with my father as a child. A yummy soup that even picky kids like me love! Even though at that time, I didn’t know the fact that red beans are rich in magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, folic acid, vitamin A , vitamin c,  fiber and carbohydrates. And it’s only in recent months that I learned how easy it is to make at home.  Now that I am all cooking for my families, I’m happy to share this red bean soup recipe for you too. Wait for a day when you’re staying at home with this recipe, it does only take a while to make the red beans soup properly. I must say that it is one that makes you feel good inside. Sort of feeling like eating hearty soup on a rainy day. Hope you like it.
