RICOTTA LASAGNA RECIPE – In addition to spaghetti, fetucini or macaroni, lasagna is also much liked by people. The blend of bolognaise sauce and melted ricotta cheese topping is able to capture a lot of love from many people. A perfect combo!

Chef Wulan (what I called my best buddy at office, actually) is giving different lasagna recipes and of course it is more cheesy because being combined with ricotta cheese. A bit bland on flavor though the ricotta cheese was delicious and made the dish. First time cooking I had some doubts, but I had cooked it for the 3-4 time in last few months, I really like it and so does my family! Very simple to make. Looking forward to left overs.   • 60 gr unsalted butter
  • 100 gr flour
  • 450 ml fresh milk
  • 500 gr bolognaise sauce
  • 1 pack lasagna pasta, boiled
  • 250 gr ricotta cheese
  • 150 gr mozzarella cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. Heat bolognaise sauce, set aside.
  3. Make a white sauce by melting the butter, then put the flour little by little over low heat. Stirring constantly until lumps thick. Stir in milk slowly while stirring constantly until thick, add salt and set aside.
  4. Put lasagna sheets in heat-resistant baking dish to cover the surface of the base. Stir in bolognaise sauce to evenly cover the lasagna sheets (but don’t make it too thick). Add ricotta cheese, cover with a sheet of lasagna, repeat this step two or three times. Cover with white sauce and sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until the surface turns brownish yellow in color. Lift and let cool briefly before serving.
