ROLL COMBINATION STEAK RECIPE – The combination of the two types of meat, namely chicken and milled beef with the addition of seasoning will be an interesting dishes, steak roll. With sauce as a complement, roll steak is ready to be enjoyed.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams beef
  • 100 grams minced chicken meat
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 egg chicken
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon  sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon flavor enhancer
  • 1 sheet aluminum foil
  • Rope or Twine mattress to taste

Sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Mix together minced chicken, pepper, nutmeg, sugar, salt, and a flavor enhancer. Mix well, then stir in  egg, and stir for another time .
  2. Put the meat on top of the cutting board, then press the meat with a meat-beater tool until the meat flat-shaped.
  3. Roll meat with mattresses and wrap with aluminum foil.
  4. Roast meat in the oven for 30 minutes until meat is cooked.
  5. Take the meat from the oven, and then open the strap and the cover.
  6. Put the meat into the stir-fried sauce, lift.
  7. Cut meat, and then place on the serving plate. Serve together with the sauce.

Sauce

  1. Heat a little oil, stir-fried garlic and onion till fragrant.
  2. Stir in salt, sugar, tomato sauce, and water, then keep stirring until slightly thickened.
