SEAFOOD SPAGHETTI MARINARA RECIPE- Spaghetti is not always meat, but also seafood. Well, for those of you who are seafood lovers, try seafood spaghetti marinara. Your taste buds will be pampered with the typical seafood flavor. A seafood spaghetti may sound extravagant, in actual fact, this is relatively cheap, quick and easy to make. I just learned how to make this recipe these days from my friend, Yusi, a spaghetti lover, and when I let her taste my seafood spaghetti marinara, she gave this  thumbs up. A nice dish to share with friends!

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • tomato sauce to taste
  • Fresh basil to taste
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • salt to taste
  • seafood stuffing to taste
  • Oil to taste

Directions

  1. Stir-fried garlic and onion until the aroma fills the room. Then, stir in oregano and chili powder for a stronger scent. After that, add fresh basil and fresh tomato sauce or canned tomato sauce. Stir in approximately 10 minutes until somewhat thick.
  2. In a pot, prepare water to taste and a pinch of salt and then bring to boil. Stir in spaghetti.
  3. If you want to add mussels, boil until cooked, then discard the shell. Stir-fried mussels and shrimp along with chopped garlic and a little chopped parsley. Once cooked, stir in marinara sauce and wait for a few minutes until the spices absorb. Lift.
  4. Drain spaghetti and discard the water and then mix with seafood marinara sauce.
  5. Place in a serving dish. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley leaves, give a little bit lemon water and serve immediately.
