  • 150 gr spaghetti, boiled
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp celery, chopped, squeezed
  • 1 tbsp oil for sautéing

Stir-fried ingredients

  • 100 gr ground beef
  • 50 gr button mushrooms, cut in 3 parts
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, brewed, discard the skin and seeds, coarsely chopped
  • 5 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 sm tomato paste
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • 200 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 2 tbsp oil for sautéing


  1. First of all, heat oil. Stir-fried garlic until aromatic, then add spaghetti and celery. Stir well. Lift and set aside.
  2. Next, heat oil for the second time to stir-fry onions until aromatic. And then, stir in ground beef while stirring until it changes color.
  3. Add mushrooms and tomato. Combine. Stir in sauce, tomato paste, salt, pepper powder, and sugar. Mix well.
  4. After that, pour water and cook until cooked and the spices absorb well. Add oregano and basil, and stir until blended.
  5. Finally, pour onto spaghetti and serve while warm.
